Backed by 88 years combined sweat equity, 127 homes completed and 520,000 square feet developed, we’ve proudly streamlined the craft of homebuilding since 2003 from blueprint to final nail. After all, we’re planning beyond four walls; we’re building space for dreams and legacies. No small task.
Mark Obodzinski
His sage-like smile, eagerness to help and rough hands are a blatant testament to his contagious love for home building and tireless work ethic learned from his father, and his father’s father. Sleeves always rolled, Mark can be found sweeping framed floors on a Saturday morning or bracing walls late into the night. With nearly 600 home builds to his credit, he lives by the adage that if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing right (and by right he means “the best”). Mark is simply synonymous with family, quality and correcting our Polish.
At six-years-old, Luke’s first construction job was simple: to guard the site keys. So he buried them in a sandpit for safekeeping, never to be found.
With a BB (Entrepreneurship) and experience in public, private and not-for-profit sectors, those site keys are now in very safe hands. Luke's passion for shaping custom homes is palpable. He retains the smallest detail or dimension, recruiting the best industry partners who routinely over deliver. Fun fact: Luke and his wife are travel ninjas, 95 countries down.
Tom Obodzinski
Cutting his ‘builder teeth’ at the tender age of three (with a lasting forehead scar as proof), Tom officially joined his father’s team in 2007 previously working in customer service and earning his BB (Management).
His strong communication and people skills have been essential to building lasting relationships with prominent sub-trades, suppliers and clients. Tom’s eye for detail and seamless execution is idyllic for clients and tradespeople alike. He also pours a mean cocktail while camping in the Sahara.
Kona Obodzinski Chief Barketing Officer
Don’t let this innocent face fool you, she’s no underdog. Kona’s responsible for morale and security at Dream Ridge Homes. Her classic bandana and no-pants combo also makes her the resident style guru. “My job is to stay at Luke’s’ side (he’s my human), napping and ensuring that all meetings stay on track. I do this by stretching as a gentle hint that the meeting has gone on long enough and that it’s now time to pay attention to me.” She drinks from free-trade toilet bowls, enjoys long walks on the beach (Maui baby), refuses winter booties and watches Cesar Millan on full volume.
David Wyse
This industry vet manages job sites and solves problems all around. His great communication skills and ease of establishing relationships have been a great asset to our team. A talented leader and a chef, with tree trunks for legs who enjoys putting on some major miles on his bike during non work hours.
